Refund Policy

1. Registration Fees
All registration, application, audition, and participation fees paid to Miss Dream Girl are generally non-refundable and non-transferable, unless otherwise stated in writing by the organization.
2. Cancellation by Participant
If a participant chooses to withdraw, cancel, or discontinue participation after completing registration, no refund will be provided for any fees already paid.
3. Disqualification
Participants who are disqualified due to violation of competition rules, submission of false information, misconduct, or failure to meet eligibility requirements will not be entitled to any refund.
4. Event Changes
Miss Dream Girl reserves the right to modify event dates, venues, schedules, formats, or activities due to operational requirements or unforeseen circumstances. Such changes shall not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Event Cancellation
In the event that Miss Dream Girl cancels an event entirely and does not provide an alternative arrangement, the organization may, at its sole discretion, offer:

• A partial refund,

• A full refund, or

• Credit toward a future event.

Any decision regarding refunds in such circumstances will be communicated officially to registered participants.
6. Duplicate Payments
If a participant is charged more than once for the same registration due to a technical or payment processing error, the duplicate amount will be refunded after verification.
7. Refund Processing
Approved refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.

8. Force Majeure
No refunds shall be provided for cancellations, postponements, or disruptions caused by circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Miss Dream Girl, including but not limited to natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, technical failures, or other unforeseen events.
